Celeb Ice-T plays hard with fans at Cousins Paintball Big Game

CORAM, NY—Actor/Rapper/Entrepreneur ICE T joined over 2000 players in competition at the Cousins Big Game on Sunday, May 21st. The multi-talented actor/musician’s arrival was greeted by scores of excited fans and fellow paintball players. On that day ICE T, a long-time paintball enthusiast, juggled several roles. He took time to sign autographs and pose for pictures – gravitating to the many young players on hand. ICE T and his crew were dressed in custom Team Liquid Ice Energy Drink jerseys bearing the Cousins and Pevs logo’s.

In the end ICE T was intent on doing what he came to do; play paintball and be a part of this great event as a participant. Behind the mask, with his celebrity status obscured, all was equal. ICE T in action, was captured on film and can be seen on the Cousins website, www.cousinspaintball.com. From musical gangster to acclaimed author, entrepreneur, movie/TV star, Ice-T has proven himself to be a cultural icon. A veteran of more than fifty productions, ICE T currently plays the role of Detective Odafin Tutuola on NBC’s “Law & Order: SVU.”

ICE T also took time out to represent Liquid Ice, the new energy drink that bears his name and is the official energy drink of paintball players everywhere. Liquid Ice, sponsor of the 2005 Cousins Big Game, donated ICE T’s customized Team Liquid Ice jersey during a charity auction held the day of the event. The jersey was auctioned to benefit XXX charity.

The 2005 Cousins Big Game was held at Cousins Field in Coram, NY, Saturday & Sunday, May 21-22. Cousins Paintball, the nation’s largest paintball field & store operators, are certainly not new to the lights and cameras of Hollywood having recently hosted the taping of “Growing Up Gotti,” ESPN’s “Cold Pizza,” and motion picture “Court Jesters”
