ACI and System X Merge

System X and Air Concepts Industries are merging. Rumors of the merger had been spreading throughout the industry over the past week or so, but nothing was confirmed. The rumor originally started when a magazine's advertising agent had called System X requesting payment for advertising and he was told that ACI would be handling that in the future.

Joe Shinn, one of System X's top salesmen turned in his resignation this week, which strengthened the idea that major changes were happening at System X. This coupled with Pro Team Avalanche's departure from the System X stable all led to a phone call this morning to System X to get a confirm or deny on the allegations that had been floating around.

When I called System X, Bobby from ACI answered the phone and confirmed that the two companies were merging. A request was put in for comment from Victor Garcia, and Bobby said that he would have Mr. Garcia call back to comment on the merger as soon as he could.
