Pro-Caps Responds To Recent NPS Press Release
In a press release issued by National Paintball Supply on September 2nd, NPS alleged that there had been “rumors and misinformation circulated by Procaps, LP”, and went on to add the comment, ”unless you hear it directly from NPS, do not believe it”. Following this very negative statement, they included the comment, “NPS does not want to further any negativity in our sport”!
This appears to be a response to Procaps’ totally truthful Press Release, which announced the following facts:
1) Procaps L.P., makers of DraXxuS ™ and XBall ™ paintball brands and VForce Vision Systems ™ , hereby announces their decision to terminate their previous distribution agreement with National Paintball Supply… true fact.
2) Since late July, shipments of all Procaps-manufactured paintballs and VForce masks to National Paintball Supply were ceased. Procaps has decided to stop being a supplier to National Paintball. National Paintball Supply is being allowed to sell through some remaining inventory of DraXxuS and XBall paintballs and VForce masks… more true facts.
To make it clear, Procaps’ decision to cease doing business with National Paintball Supply is based on National’s failure to make payments when due, and other breaches of contract. Procaps is actively engaging the U.S. Legal System in an effort to receive full payment for the outstanding balances due.
