Smart Parts Objects To NPS/Wal-Mart Deal

Smart Parts learned today that Walmart.com recently purchased Ion markers from National Paintball Supply, a member of our Authorized Dealer Network. Walmart.com is placing the orders and NPS drop ships the product directly to the customer.
 
Smart Parts has not entered into a purchase agreement with either Walmart.com nor any of Walmart's retail locations. To our knowledge, the Ion marker is only being sold on Walmart's web site. Any company, paintball or otherwise, may resell Smart Parts products through a third party provided they honor our MAP guidelines.
 
Walmart.com was notified through National Paintball Supply of their MAP violation and have agreed to correct it. We will monitor their web site to ensure it happens in a timely manner, as we have with past violators of the policy.
